Welcome to Rakoe! This document outlines the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) under which you may access and use the Rakoe application (“App”), a service developed and maintained by RakoeNexus. By downloading, installing, or using the App in any manner, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Rakoe is designed for users aged 17 years and above. By signing up or using any part of the App, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Individuals under 17 are not permitted to access or utilize Rakoe.
When registering, you are expected to provide accurate, up-to-date personal details, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Should you become aware of any unauthorized activity on your account, please notify us immediately at swiemqdbbcshun@hotmail.com.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App strictly for lawful and personal use.
You must not:
l Employ the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
l Tamper with, hack, or otherwise disrupt the App’s operation
l Falsify your identity or share misleading information
l Attempt to extract data through bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized tools
Rakoe may include features powered by artificial intelligence. The content produced by such systems is not guaranteed to be precise, exhaustive, or appropriate in all contexts. Any critical decisions should not be based solely on AI output — always consult human expertise when necessary.
Your privacy is important to us. The practices relating to data collection and use are described in our Privacy Policy, which is available within the App and through our official communication channels. By continuing to use Rakoe, you consent to the procedures detailed in the Privacy Policy.
All designs, features, code, and trademarks within Rakoe are the intellectual property of RakoeNexus or its licensors. You agree not to replicate, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit permission.
The App is offered on an “as available” and “as is” basis. RakoeNexus does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor does it ensure that all features will function error-free at all times.
To the greatest extent allowed by applicable law, RakoeNexus disclaims responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use—or inability to use—the App or any content generated within it.
We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion. You will be notified via the App when changes are implemented. Continued use of Rakoe indicates your acceptance of any revised Agreement.
Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of your access. To voluntarily remove your account, please contact: swiemqdbbcshun@hotmail.com
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RakoeNexus is headquartered.
